研究目的：

1、引进并汉化英文版维度淡漠量表自评版、照顾者版和简易照顾者版，同时验证中文版维度淡漠量表的信度和效度； 2、了解轻度认知障碍患者不同淡漠亚型的发生情况，并识别其关键影响因素，为淡漠不同亚型的症状管理提供参考； 3、构建基于淡漠不同亚型的轻度认知障碍患者认知转归预测模型，并评价其预测效能。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To translate self-rating version, caregiver version and simplified caregiver version of the Dimensional Apathy Scale into Chinese and verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Dimensional Apathy Scale; 2. To understand the occurrence of different subtypes of apathy in person with mild cognitive impairment and identify its key influencing factors, so as to provide reference for symptom management of different subtypes of apathy; 3. To construct cognitive outcome prediction models based on different subtypes of apathy in person with mild cognitive impairment and evaluate their predictive efficacy.

纳入标准：

第一部分研究对象的纳入标准：①年龄≥60岁；②能用普通话进行正常交流；③自愿参与本研究。 第二、三部分研究对象的纳入标准：①年龄≥60岁；②符合轻度认知障碍的诊断标准；③能用普通话进行正常交流；④自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Part I inclusion criteria: ① Age ≥60 years old; ② Able to communicate in Mandarin; ③ Voluntary participation in this study. Part II and III inclusion criteria: ① Age ≥60 years old; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria of mild cognitive impairment; ③Able to communicate in Mandarin; ④ Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①伴有严重躯体疾病，无法配合完成访谈者；②患有精神分裂症、心境障碍者；③药物滥用者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Accompanied by serious physical diseases, unable to cooperate to complete the interview; ② Person with schizophrenia and mood disorders; ③ Drug abusers.
