研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨电针刺激与右美托嘧啶联合应用对于中老年择期行膝、髋关节置换术患者术后早期认知功能障碍的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined electroacupuncture stimulation and dexmedetomidine on early postoperative cognitive dysfunction in middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing elective knee and hip arthroplasty.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1.计划在嘉兴市第一医院行膝或髋关节置换术患者；2.ASA分级≤Ⅲ级；3.能配合进行神经心理评估者；4.已签署知情同意书；5.年龄≥45周岁；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients scheduled for knee or hip arthroplasty at Jiaxing First Hospital; 2. ASA classification ≤ grade III; 3. those who could cooperate with the neuropsychological assessment; 4. those who had signed the informed consent; 5. age ≥ 45 years;

排除标准：

排除标准：1.凝血功能障碍或常规使用抗凝血药物；2.既往有认知功能障碍、失语症、精神障碍或影响患者合作的疾病；3. 严重心脑血管疾病危及生命者；4.电针穿刺部位有感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. coagulation dysfunction or routine use of anticoagulant drugs; 2. previous cognitive dysfunction, aphasia, psychiatric disorders or diseases that affect patient cooperation; 3. severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease that endangers life; 4. electroacupuncture site infection.
