研究目的：

本项目着眼于手术患者入院之前的慢性睡眠障碍，以POCD高风险人群为研究对象，探讨慢性睡眠障碍与术后认知功能减退的相关性，以期从睡眠角度为POCD的早期干预和预防措施提供理论依据和科学指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This project focuses on the chronic sleep disorder of surgical patients before admission, and takes the high-risk population of POCD as the research object to explore the correlation between chronic sleep disorder and postoperative cognitive decline, in order to provide early intervention and preventive measures for POCD Theoretical basis and scientific guidance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄60-80岁；
(2)全身麻醉下行非心脏大手术，手术类型限定为胃癌根治术、结肠癌根治术、直肠癌根治术；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 60-80 years old;
(2) Major non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia, and the types of surgery are limited to radical gastrectomy, colon cancer, and rectal cancer;

排除标准：

(1)精神疾病史，如焦虑、抑郁、精神分裂症；
(2)脑外伤、脑卒中、癫痫、帕金森或阿尔茨海默病；
(3)其他形式的认知能力下降（术前MMSE评分<24）；
(4)慢性酒精中毒；
(5)存在明显的视力障碍；
(6)文盲；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of mental illness, such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia;
(2) traumatic brain injury, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease;
(3) Other forms of cognitive decline (preoperative MMSE score <24);
(4) chronic alcoholism;
(5) There is obvious visual impairment;
(6) Illiteracy;
