研究目的：

探索两种不同麻醉药物（丙泊酚与七氟烷）对肿瘤预后（复发与生存率）有无影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To esplore the effects of two different anesthetic drug (propofol and sevoflurane ) on prognosis of tumor(recurrence and survival rate).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2019年1月至2020年1月口腔鳞癌肿瘤切除并同时行带蒂游离皮瓣修复病人。 2.丙泊酚和丙泊酚复合七氟烷（七氟烷应为主要麻醉药物，丙泊酚为辅助麻醉药物）进行术中维持的病人。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor resection and simultaneous pedicle free flap repair from January 2019 to January 2020. 2.Patients undergoing intraoperative maintenance with propofol and propofol combined with sevoflurane (sevoflurane should be the main anesthetic agent, and propofol is an assistant anesthetic agent ).

排除标准：

1.研究期间再次接受麻醉患者。 2.<18岁病人。 3.对丙泊酚或七氟烷过敏者。 4.失联病人。 5.资料不全病人。 6.丙泊酚复合七氟烷麻醉组：七氟烷为非主要麻醉药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients who received anesthesia again during the study period. 2.patients <18 years old. 3.propofol or sevoflurane allergy. 4.missing patients. 5.incomplete information. 6.propofol combined with sevoflurane :sevoflurane is not the main anesthetic agent.
