研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是为了描述我国多中心腹腔感染患者的流行病学，并验证新型分类系统在我国腹腔感染患者中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to describe the epidemiology of multi center intra-abdominal infection patients in China and validate the application value of the new classification system in abdominal infection patients in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 成年患者(年龄≥18岁）； 2. 确诊为腹腔感染（腹腔感染的具体类型需满足以下一种或多种：腹腔脓肿、原发性腹膜炎、腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎、继发性腹膜炎、第三类型腹膜炎、急性胆道感染、感染性胰腺坏死、盲肠炎、急性阑尾炎、中毒性巨结肠等）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients (age ≥ 18 years old) ; 2. Confirmed as intra-abdominal infection (The specific types of intra-abdominal infection need to meet one or more of the following: intra-abdominal abscess, primary peritonitis, peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis, secondary peritonitis, tertiary peritonitis, biliary tract infection, infected pancreatic necrosis, appendicitis, acute appendicitis, toxic megacolon, etc.).

排除标准：

1. 临床资料不全患者; 2. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女; 3. 患者病情较重，预计48h内死亡者; 4. 疑似腹腔感染由寄生虫、病毒引起； 5. 有严重疾病如脑膜炎、骨髓炎或心内膜炎； 6. 患者正在进行骨髓移植，或干细胞采集和输注； 7. 病人不能提供书面知情同意书和/或无合法授权提供知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. The patient's condition is severe and is expected to die within 48 hours; 4. Suspected abdominal infection caused by parasites or viruses; 5. Have serious diseases such as meningitis, osteomyelitis or endocarditis; 6. The patient is undergoing bone marrow transplantation, or stem cell collection and infusion; 7. Patients cannot provide written informed consent and/or provide informed consent without legal authorization.
