Objectives of Study: |
Developing an artificial intelligent-based Doppler ultrasound algorithm for automatic calculation of internal fistula blood flow for hemodialysis, to provide a practical tool for improving the convenience and consistency of ultrasonic blood flow measurement. |

纳入标准: |
1.年龄≥14 岁; 2.在北京大学深圳医院肾内科使用自体内瘘血管通路长期血液透析患者; 3.新建立自体内瘘随访的患者; 4.肱动脉血管结构图像可辨认。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Age ≥14 years old; 2. Long-term hemodialysis patients with autologous fistula vascular access in the nephrology Department of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital; 3. Follow-up patients with newly established spontaneous fistula; 4. Brachial artery vascular structure images can be recognized. |

排除标准: |
1.内瘘闭塞的患者; 2.严重心脑血管疾病患者; 3.无法配合检查的患者; 4.非专业建议建立血管通路患者。 |

|
Exclusion criteria: |
1. Patients with internal fistula occlusion; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the examination; 4. Non-professional recommendation established vascular access patients. |
