研究目的：

研究碳酸氢钠林格氏注射液对脓毒症手术患者急性肺损伤的影响，为脓毒症手术患者选择合适的液体治疗方式提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of Sodium bicarbonate Ringers Injection on acute lung injury in patients undergoing surgery with sepsis, and provide theoretical basis for choosing the appropriate type of fluid therapy for patients undergoing surgery with sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①　纳入病例均符合2016年国际脓毒症及脓毒性休克诊疗指南关于脓毒症定义及诊断标准；
②　需要进行手术治疗；
③　年龄 ≥18 岁；
④　ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ 级；
⑤　签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①　All the included cases met the definition and diagnostic criteria of sepsis in the 2016 International Guidelines
for Sepsis and Septic Shock;
②　Surgery is required;
③　≥18 years of age;
④　ASAⅠ~ Ⅲ grade;
⑤ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①　术前存在高镁血症；
②　术前合并慢性肺部疾病患者；
③　术前 3 个月内有心肌梗死病史；有严重循环系统疾病病史；自身免疫疾病病史；精神性疾病或者神经系统障碍，不能确切表达患者；具有癫痫病史的患者；有甲状腺功能低下病史者；
④ 其他研究者认为不适合本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① Hypermagnesia;
②　Patients with chronic pulmonary disease ;
③　A history of myocardial infarction within 3 months prior to surgery a history of severe circulatory disease an autoimmune disease a history of psychiatric or neurological disorders that are not properly expressed patients a history of epilepsy a history of hypothyroidism;
④ Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
