研究目的：

本研究拟以3P模型为理论基础，以“前置因素”、“诱发因素”和“持续因素”解释癌因性疲乏的发生发展，构建一种客观、全面、及时的淋巴瘤患者癌因性疲乏诊断预测模型并进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to use the 3P model as a theoretical basis to explain the occurrence and development of cancer-related fatigue through "predisposing factors", "precipitating factors", and "perpetuating factors". We plan to construct an objective, comprehensive, and timely diagnostic and predictive model for cancer-related fatigue in lymphoma patients and validate it. This will deepen our understanding of the pathogenesis and risk factors of this disease, and provide better diagnostic tools and treatment recommendations for clinical doctors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁； 经CT和病理学检查确诊为淋巴瘤； 临床及病理资料完整； 小学及以上文化程度； 自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years old; Diagnosed with lymphoma by CT and pathological examination; Complete clinical and pathological data; Primary school education or above; Voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

神智不清或病情垂危者； 患有精神疾患，或有严重的认知障碍和言语表达缺陷； 患有心、肝、肾严重功能不全； 参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with delirium or in critical condition; Patients with mental disorders, severe cognitive impairment, or speech expression defects; Patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction; Patients participating in other clinical trials.
