研究目的：

本课题通过开展国内首个单组目标值临床研究，对伴有高滴度抑制物的SHA患儿，应用国产重组FVIII（安佳因）开展中剂量ITI治疗方案，研究目的如下所述： 1．主要研究目的 （1） 中剂量ITI治疗效果： ①　ITI成功率和部分成功率 ②　达到ITI成功和部分成功的时间 ③　控制出血情况 ④　骨关节保护情况 2．次要研究目的 （1） 治疗成本及生活质量 ①　治疗成本 ②　生活质量问卷 ③　误学或误托情况 ④　依从性 ⑤　PICC（peripherally inserted central catheters, 经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管）和输液港的放置 （2） 安全性 ①　研究过程中不良反应事件的发生

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 血友病A，重型； ② 0-≤14岁 ③ 历史抑制物峰滴度≥5-＜200BU ④ 之前未接受过ITI治疗。

Inclusion criteria

i. severe hemophilia A ii. age at 0-≤14 years old iii. peak historical inhibitor titer ≥5-<200BU iv. have not received ITI therapy before

排除标准：

① 伴有其他免疫性疾病； ② 研究期间需要接受免疫预防注射、非本研究原因应用免疫抑制剂； ③ 研究期间需要接受大型手术治疗； ④ 正在接受ITI治疗，或既往半年及正在使用艾美赛珠单抗治疗； ⑤ 其他情况所致不能配合的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

i. with other immunological disease ii. receive immunosuppressants for reasons not related to this study iii. Major surgical treatment is required during the study period iv. Currently receiving ITI treatment v. other circumstances
