研究目的:

本研究旨在通过结合患者病史资料、基于人工智能技术的眼底成像识别,建立一种快速、高准确、低成本的POCD风险预测模型,进一步提高模型预测的能力,为临床实践中识别高危患者和早期开展防治工作提供证据支持。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to establish a rapid, high-accuracy and low-cost POCD risk prediction model based on artificial intelligence technology by combining patient medical history data and fundus imaging recognition based on artificial intelligence technology, further improve the ability of model prediction, and provide evidence support for identifying high-risk patients in clinical practice.

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥45岁 2.拟受择期心脏手术

Inclusion criteria

1. Age≥ 45 years old 2. Patients who intend to accept cardiac surgery

排除标准:

1.因神经精神疾病(如精神分裂症、双向障碍)或老年痴呆等无法完成认知功能检查 2.因白内障、外伤等眼部疾病无法完成眼底成像检查 3.同期接受神经外科手术

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who cannot complete cognitive function examination due to neuropsychiatric diseases (such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) or Alzheimer's disease 2. Patients who cannot complete fundus imaging due to eye diseases such as cataracts and trauma 3. Patients undergoing neurosurgery at the same time
