研究目的：

1.评估伏诺拉生联合铋剂四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效和安全性 2.评估伏诺拉生对初次治疗失败的幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者的临床意义 3.探索伏诺拉生新药的部分临床适应症  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of Vonoprazan and bismuth in eradicating Helicobacter pylori infection 2. Evaluate the clinical significance of Vonoprazan in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection who failed initial treatment 3. Exploring Some Clinical Indications of Vonoprazan as a New Drug

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18~70岁；2）经C14呼气试验、C13呼气试验、胃镜病理等任一项检测结果阳性；3）符合我国第六次全国HP感染处理共识报告推荐的根除HP适应症[15]；4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-70 years old; 2) Positive results from any test such as C14 breath test, C13 breath test, and gastroscopy pathology; 3) Comply with the recommended indications for eradicating HP in the sixth national consensus report on HP infection management in China [15]; 4) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）不配合治疗者；2）入院前存在精神疾病，心、肝、肾等重要器官功能不全者；3）计划妊娠、妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；4）对本研究所用药物过敏者；5）治疗前4周内使用过铋剂、抗菌药物者，治疗前2周内使用过PPI、H2受体拮抗剂者；6）有上消化道疾病手术史；7）嗜酒或其他任何增加治疗不良反应发生风险的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) those who do not cooperate with the treatment; 2) those who have mental illness, heart, liver, kidney and other vital organ insufficiency before admission; 3) women who are planning to be pregnant, pregnant and breastfeeding; 4) those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 5) those who have used bismuth and antimicrobial drugs in the 4 weeks prior to the treatment, and those who have used PPIs and H2-receptor antagonists in the 2 weeks prior to the treatment; 6) those who have history of surgery for upper GI disorders; and 7) those who are addicted to alcohol or any other any condition that increases the risk of adverse reactions to treatment.
