研究目的：

（1）通过分析真实世界中HIS系统中新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的电子医疗数据，可明确新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中西医药物联合使用特征及用药特点，客观评估中西药联合应用的实际效果。 （2）基于Logistic回归探讨中西药相互作用对新型冠状病毒转阴作用；根据大数据的关联算法探寻转归效果较好或较差的中西药物联用方案，从而根据临床实际效果寻找最佳中西药联用方案。 （3）基于网络药理学探索对NCP治疗作用的中西药物联用作用机制及中药活性成分及其作用机制，进一步探寻中西药联用的可能机制，为今后开展真实世界新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的前瞻性研究奠定基础，为新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的治疗提供理论依据，为筛选新型冠状病毒药物提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) By analyzing the electronic medical data of patients with new-type coronavirus pneumonia in the HIS system in the real world, the characteristics of combined use of Chinese and western medicines and the characteristics of medications in patients with new-type coronavirus pneumonia can be clarified, and the actual effect of the combined application of Chinese and western medicines can be objectively evaluated. (2) Based on Logistic regression to explore the effect of the interaction between Chinese and Western medicine on the new type of coronavirus; according to the big data association algorithm, explore the combination of Chinese and Western medicine with better or worse outcome, so as to find the best Chinese medicine according to the actual clinical effect Western medicine combination program. (3) Based on network pharmacology, explore the mechanism of Chinese and western medicine combined with NCP treatment and the active ingredients of Chinese medicine and its mechanism of action, further explore the possible mechanism of combined Chinese and western medicine, and look forward to the future development of real-world patients with new-type coronavirus pneumonia. It lays the foundation for sexual research, provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia, and provides a reference for screening new coronavirus drugs.

纳入标准：

患者出院诊断或入院诊断为新型冠状病毒肺炎，诊断标准依据《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案（试行）（第一至第六版）进行诊断。

Inclusion criteria

Patients were diagnosed with a new type of coronavirus pneumonia when they were discharged or admitted to the hospital. The diagnostic criteria were based on the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (Trial) (First to Sixth Edition).

排除标准：

符合以下任意一条
（1） 住院期间未使用药物治疗的；
（2） 活动性肺结核患者；
（3） 器官移植患者；
（4） 精神障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Meet any of the following
(1) Those who were not treated with drugs during hospitalization;
(2) Patients with active tuberculosis;
(3) Organ transplant patients;
(4) Patients with mental disorders.
