本研究在中国疫情政策放松后初始的第一个月及疫情峰值出现的第一时刻对进行医务人员进行心理健康调查，旨在获得一线医务人员感染率的客观数据，了解奋战在一线的医务人员的心理健康状况，并为预防医务人员心理问题的出现，或出现后早期发现、及时干预提供结合实际和切实可行的措施，以期减少医务人员的心理问题。  

Objectives of Study：

This study conducted a mental health survey on medical staff in the first month after the relaxation of the epidemic policy in China and at the first moment when the epidemic peak occurred. The purpose of this study was to obtain objective data on the infection rate of front-line medical staff, understand the mental health status of medical staff working in the front-line, and provide practical and feasible measures to prevent the occurrence of psychological problems of medical staff, or early detection and timely intervention after the occurrence, In order to reduce the psychological problems of medical staff.

纳入标准：

直接参加新型冠状病毒肺炎救治的临床一线工作医务人员；取得执业资格证书且独立上岗。

Inclusion criteria

Front-line medical staff directly participating in the treatment of novel coronavirus; Obtain the practicing qualification certificate and work independently.

排除标准：

实习、进修和其他未独立上岗的一线医务工作人员；外地驰援医务工作人员；调查期间处于非在岗状态的医务人员，包括产假、病假、休假等。

Exclusion criteria：

Front-line medical staff who have practiced, received advanced training or have not taken up their posts independently; Medical staff in the field; Medical staff who were not on duty during the investigation, including maternity leave, sick leave, leave, etc.
