to observe counsciousness change induced by propofol

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经术前评估将行立体定向颅内电极放置的癫痫患者； 2.年龄为1-16周岁，能与研究人员做简单交流； 3.致痫区可能与额叶或颞叶脑区有关，并且在上述区域有颅内电极植入； 4.已签署受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.epileptic patients scheduled for placement of intracranial stereoelectrodes ; 2.children aged 1-16 years who can have simple communication with investigators; 3.planning to implant intracranial stereoelectrodes in epileptic foci located in frontal or temporal lobe; 4.informed consent was signed by parents of participants.

排除标准：

1.额叶脑区未植入颅内电极； 2.丙泊酚或大豆过敏史； 3.已参与其他临床研究; 4.研究者认为不适合入组的情况； 5.拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.not planning to place intracranial stereoelectrodes in frontal lobe; 2.allergic to propofol or beans; 3.already participated in other clinical trials; 4.not suitabe for inclusion judged by investigators; 5.refusal to sign informed consent.
