研究目的:

使用含部分水解瓜尔胶(PHGG)膳食纤维的肠内营养制剂的脑出血患者的肠道菌群菌落组成和代谢结构的变化。  

Objectives of Study:

Changes in the composition and metabolic structure of intestinal flora in patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated with enteral nutrition containing partially hydrolyzed Guar gum (PHGG) dietary fiber.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1)格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS) 评分≤13分;诊断为脑出血病变(包括脑实质出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、硬膜下出血及脑动静脉瘤破裂)的患者。 2)NUTRIC 评分大于5分; 3)年龄>18岁; 4)评估后无法进食普通食物; 5)患者或家属签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1) Glasgow Coma (GCS) score ≤13; Patients were diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage lesions (including parenchymal hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, subdural hemorrhage, and ruptured cerebral arteriovenous tumor). 2) NUTRIC score greater than 5; 3) Age >18 years old; 4) Unable to eat ordinary food after assessment; 5) Patients or family members sign informed consent;

排除标准:

1)接受肠内营养支持后出现严重呕吐、腹胀、腹泻症状,不能耐受的病人; 2)严重消化道疾病患者、严重肝肾功能损害者、严重内分泌疾病患者、心功能不全者、严重的免疫力低下者; 3)合并其他重要器官外伤者; 4)近一周有过重大饮食调整; 5)处于孕期或哺乳期; 6)近1个月接受过抗生素或益生菌治疗; 7) 拒绝参与研究;

Exclusion criteria:

1) Patients with severe vomiting, abdominal distension and diarrhea after receiving enteral nutrition support, and cannot tolerate it; 2) Patients with severe digestive tract diseases, patients with severe liver and kidney function impairment, patients with serious endocrine diseases, patients with cardiac insufficiency, and patients with severe low immunity; 3) Patients with injuries outside other vital organs; 4) There have been major dietary adjustments in the past week; 5) During pregnancy or lactation; 6) Received antibiotics or probiotics in the last 1 month; 7) Refuse to participate in the study;

杨朗将要纳入的60例患者编号,使用计算机随机数生成,每一个编号对应一个随机数,将编号按随机数从大到小排列,前30例被分到PHGG组,后30例被分到对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The numbers of 60 patients to be included by Yang Lang were generated by computer random numbers, and each number corresponded to a random number. The numbers were arranged according to the largest number to the smallest. The first 30 patients were assigned to the PHGG group, and the last 30 were assigned to the control group.
