对比经导管主动脉瓣置换术围术期不同机械循环辅助患者的预后以及探索术后 1 年全因死亡率的危险因素  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the outcomes of perioperative mechanical circulatory support in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement and Explore the Prognostic Factors for 1-Year Postoperative All-Cause Mortality

纳入标准：

2019年1月至2021年8月在西京医院、华中科技大学武汉协和医院、长海医院和广东省人民医院接受经导管主动脉瓣置换术的患者；50岁≤85岁，不分性别。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent transcatheter aortic valve replacement in four high-volume centers (Xijing Hospital, Wuhan Xiehe Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Changhai Hospital, and Guangdong General Hospital) from January 2019 to August 2021; 50 years old ≤ 85 years old, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

术后 24h 内死亡者；关键数据缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

Death within 24 hours after surgery; Missing key data.
