Objectives of Study：

Study the occurrence of shoulder pain and risk factors after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

行腹腔镜妇科手术的患者，ASA I～II，身高≥150厘米

Inclusion criteria

Patients with laparoscopic gynecological surgery, ASA I ~ II, height ≥150 cm

排除标准：

身高＜150cm；宫内妊娠；肩部疾病（骨折史、肩周炎，慢性肩痛等）；长期服用止痛药；认知功能障碍，无法理解实验方案；ASAⅢ-Ⅳ

Exclusion criteria：

Height< 150cm; pregnancy; shoulder disease (history of fracture, periarthritis, chronic shoulder pain, etc.); long-term taking painkillers; cognitive dysfunction, unable to understand experimental protocol; ASA III-IV
