研究目的：

探寻静脉血栓栓塞症新的临床诊断生物标记物，探索新的精准医学治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore new clinical diagnostic biomarkers for venous thromboembolism and to explore new precision medicine treatment strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁；2.临床确诊为VTE的患者；3.自愿参与此次临床实验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. Patients with clinically diagnosed VTE; 3. Voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并有自身免疫性、代谢性疾病史； （2）HIV及梅毒阳性； （3）心血管疾病事件(急性冠脉综合征, 脑血管事件, 心肌梗塞 (<3月内), 心力衰竭(EF小于等于30%，或6个月内因心力衰竭入院者); （4）不能或不愿意提供知情同意书或遵循研究的要求； （5）器官移植或严重疾病瘤病史，或者研究人员认为其他原因不适合参加本项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of autoimmune and metabolic diseases; (2) HIV and syphilis positive; (3) cardiovascular events (acute coronary syndrome, cerebrovascular event, myocardial infarction (<3 months), heart failure (EF < 30%, or admission for heart failure within 6 months); (4) unable or unwilling to provide informed consent or to comply with the requirements of the study; (5) History of organ transplantation or serious disease, or other reasons considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for this project.
