研究目的：

本研究基于心脏加速康复外科理念，观察在主动脉夹层介入术后应用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对患者的镇静效果及血流动力学的影响，进一步探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑应用于主动脉夹层介入术后镇静的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the concept of cardiac accelerated rehabilitation surgery, this study observed the sedation effect and hemodynamics effect of remimazolam tosilate applied to patients after aortic dissection, and further explored the effectiveness and safety of remimazolam tosilate applied to sedation after aortic dissection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者经影像学检查确诊为Stanford B型夹层且手术类型为单一心脏介入手术；
（2）年龄18-75岁，性别不限；
（3）无酒精成瘾史，或近两周内没有饮酒史；
（4）美国纽约心脏病学会( NYHA)心功能分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient was diagnosed with Stanford type B dissection by imaging examination and the surgical type was single cardiac interventional surgery;
(2) Aged 18-75, both sexes;
(3) No history of alcohol addiction, or no history of alcohol consumption in the past two weeks;
(4) New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) Cardiac Function Class ⅱ or ⅲ.

排除标准：

（1）拒绝参加本研究；
（2）本次合并其它心脏手术、既往有心脏手术史、本次合并急性心包填塞或心肌梗死、合并严重窦性心动过缓、严重房室传导阻滞或病态窦房结综合征；
（3）既往患有严重肺部慢性疾病，未吸氧下脉搏氧饱和度<90%；
（4）肝功能Child-Pugh C级，严重肝功能障碍者；
（5）严重肾功能不全，需术前进行肾脏替代治疗者；
（6）患有中风，精神分裂症，抑郁症，帕金森病，癫痫或痴呆者；
（7）语言障碍或重大听力损害而无法进行交流者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Refuse to participate in the study;
(2) Other cardiac surgery, previous cardiac surgery history, acute cardiac tamponade or myocardial infarction, severe sinus bradycardia, severe atrioventricular block or sick sinus syndrome;
(3) Previous severe chronic pulmonary disease, pulse oxygen saturation <90% without oxygen inhalation;
(4) Patients with Child-Pugh grade C liver function, severe liver dysfunction;
(5) Patients with severe renal insufficiency requiring preoperative renal replacement therapy;
(6) suffering from stroke, schizophrenia, depression, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy or dementia;
(7) Unable to communicate due to language impairment or significant hearing impairment.
