纳入标准：

（1）人群：年龄≥18 岁，有独立思考能力，首次参与结肠镜检查的患者； （2）意识清楚，可以有效沟通者，不选择使用镇静药物； （3）签署知情同意书，并且自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Population: patients ≥18 years of age, capable of independent thought, and participating in colonoscopy for the first time; (2) Those who are conscious, can communicate effectively, and do not choose to use sedative drugs; (3) Signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

（1）明确诊断为结直肠癌； （2）有精神障碍、老年痴呆等。

将事先准备好的结肠镜检查相关知识手册，向患者讲解结肠镜检查的一整个过程，同时给患者看预先准备好的结肠镜操作过程中的视频，讲解过程中嘱患者做好心理准备，此阶段为10分钟。讲解后询问患者内心感受，耐心倾听患者主诉，随后对患者不正确的认知进行纠正，并对患者进行鼓励、安慰，例举治疗情况类似的案例，帮助患者增加信心，教会患者深呼吸，在术中同样适用，同时指导患者自我鼓励，时间控制在10-15分钟。 指导患者想象做结肠镜的过程，想象自己从检查室至治疗完成过程中可能出现的不良心理情绪以及不适反应，鼓励、引导患者说出内心感受，引导患者宣泄不良心理情绪，指导患者采取有效措施预防不适，时间控制在10-15分钟。随后对过程进行总结和疏导，根据患者具体情况在再开展针对性的健康教育。

The pre-prepared knowledge manual of colonoscopy, explain the whole colonoscopy process to the patient and show the pre-prepared video of the colonoscopy operation to the patient, and ask the patient to be psychologically prepared during the explanation. This stage is 10 minutes. After the explanation, ask the patient about his inner feelings, listen patiently to the patient's complaints, then correct the patient's incorrect perceptions, encourage and comfort the patient, citing cases with similar treatment situations, help the patient increase his confidence, teach the patient to breathe deeply, which is also applicable during the operation, and instruct the patient to encourage himself, the time is limited to 10-15 minutes. Instruct patients to imagine the process of colonoscopy, imagine their possible adverse psychological emotions and discomfort reactions during the process from the examination room to the completion of treatment, encourage and guide patients to tell their inner feelings, guide them to vent their adverse psychological emotions, instruct them to take effective measures to prevent discomfort, and control the time to 10-15 minutes.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Eligible participants were randomly allocated to either intervention group (I) or control group (C). Blocked randomization with a block size of eight was used to maintain a good balance of participants between the two groups throughout the subject recruitment period. Asequence group (I or C) based on computer-generated random codes was prepared in advance and put in serially numbered opaque sealed envelope by a person independent to the study. The envelope was opened sequentially for each consented participant who had completed the baseline data collection. In this study, a research assistant who served as outcome assessor was blinded to the allocation sequence.

Blinding：

Due to the conditions required for psychoeducational interventions, it is not possible to blind the interventionists. Baseline information and clinical interviews are gathered and conducted prior to randomization. Management of the data will be done by the staff member being blinded. Statistical analysis of the results and resulting conclusions will also be blinded. The trial results will be analyzed by an independent statistician, and the results will be interpreted by the research team.
