通过比较患者波士顿评分的差异，探究不同的肠道准备结束至开始肠镜检查的间隔对肠道清洁度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of different durations of the interval between the completion of bowel preparation and the start of colonoscopy on bowel preparation quality

纳入标准：

18-70岁需要行肠镜检查的患者

Inclusion criteria

the patients who get colonocopy, 18-70 years old

排除标准：

1年龄小于18岁或大于70岁；2有严重疾病心血管、脑血管、肾脏或代谢性疾病；3有严重精神心理疾病，不能配合者；4既往行肠道切除手术；5对PEG过敏；

Exclusion criteria：

1. presence of a serious illness such as severe cardiac, renal, cerebrovascular,or metabolic disease;
2. presence of sever psychiatric illness;
3. prior history of any surgical bowel resection;
4. known allergy to polyethylene glycol (PEG).
