研究目的：

评价ThyroScan对超声检查良恶性不确定的甲状腺结节的诊断的准确性 1 主要目的 评价ThyroScan诊断超声检查中性质不确定的甲状腺结节（TIRADS分级3级和4a级）的准确性首要衡量指标为阴性预期值 2 次要目的 1.比较细胞病理学与ThyroScan诊断TIRADS评价为3类和4a类甲状腺结节的性能优劣； 2.探索两位资深细胞病理学家审阅FNAB时的观察者间异质性； 3 探索性目的 1.评价ThyroScan的卫生经济学； 2.评价ThyroScan揭示甲状腺结节的遗传学分子式生物学特征与临床-病理学特征之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Outcome Measures : To evaluation of Thyroscan's performance in diagnosing thyroid nodules To explore the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, consistency and Kappa value of Thyroscan in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules with ultrasound features classified as C-TIRADS category 3/4a. Secondary Outcome Measures : To compared with cytopathology and Thyroscan in diagnosing thyroid nodules. To explore the inter-observer heterogeneity when reviewing fine needle aspiration biopsy(FNAB) by two senior cytopathologists. Other Outcome Measures: To explore the cost-effectiveness analysis of Thyroscan. To reveals the correlation between molecular landscape and clinical-pathological characteristics of thyroid nodules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿参与并签署知情同意书。
2.年龄为大于等于18周岁。
3.超声检查显示至少1枚甲状腺结节，并且根据甲状腺影像数据报告系统（TIRADS）评价为3类和4a类。
4.经外科医师评估有手术适应症，且受试者愿意在入组的医疗机构接受手术干预。
5.手术适应症包括并不限于以下情况之一：
1)甲状腺结节压迫或影响美观；
2)患者主观意愿要求手术切除结节；
3)细针穿刺活检（FNAB）不确定结节良恶性即Bethesda分类为Ⅲ、Ⅳ类，需要诊断性手术；
4)经过研究者评估，有其他手术适应症。
6.术前通过细针穿刺活检（FNAB）取得足量的细胞，以满足细胞病理学检查及ThyroScan GC检查。
7.甲状腺结节切除标本有术后常规病理诊断报告。

Inclusion criteria

Patients sign the informed consent form for participating in the reasearch study.
Patient's age is 18 years or older.
Ultrasound showed at least one thyroid nodule, and it was classified as C-TIRADS Category 3/4a.
The surgeon has evaluated the indications for surgery, and the subject is willing to receive surgical intervention in the medical institution.
Surgical indications include but are not limited to one of the following conditions: 1) Thyroid nodules are compressed or affect aesthetics; 2) The patient's subjective wishes require surgical removal of the nodules; 3) FNA samples with indeterminate cytology are classified as Bethesda III and IV, requiring diagnostic surgery; 4) After the investigator's assessment, there are other surgical indications.
Preoperative FNAB to obtain sufficient cells to meet FNA samples with indeterminate cytology are classified as Bethesda III and IV.
The final pathological diagnosis is obtained after surgury.

排除标准：

1.受试者有甲状腺肿瘤病史。
2.受试者有中央区或/和侧颈部区淋巴结肿大。
3.受试者因合并疾病等其他状态，不适合细针穿刺活检和手术治疗。
4.细针穿刺细胞学检测（FNAB）确定为Bethesda Ⅴ、Ⅵ类结节。
5.拟采用射频消融治疗的受试者。
研究者判断的其他不符合入组要求的条件。

Exclusion criteria：

The subject has a history of thyroid tumor.
The subject has swollen lymph nodes in the central area or/and lateral neck area.
The subject is not suitable for fine-needle aspiration biopsy and surgical treatment due to other conditions such as comorbid diseases.
FNAB interprets the thyroid nodule as Bethesda V and VI categories.
Subjects who intend to receive the radiofrequency ablation therapy.
Other conditions determined by the researcher that do not meet the criteria of enrollment.
