研究目的：

旨在阐释清肝益肾祛风法防治策略对高危高血压及其靶器官损伤的优势效应，为临床高血压的中医药防治策略提供参考和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explain the advantages of the prevention and treatment strategy of Qinggan Yishen Qufeng Formula on high-risk hypertension and target organ damage, and to provide a reference and basis for the prevention and treatment strategy of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1非同日≥3次血压≥140/90mmHg，或者正在接受降压药物治疗 2根据ESH指南的心血管风险分层，患者为高危或很高危 （1）高血压1级（收缩压140–159和/或舒张压90–99mmHg）合并≥3个危险因素 （2）高血压2级（收缩压160–179和/或舒张压100–109mmHg）合并≥2个危险因素 （3）高血压3级（收缩压≥180和/或舒张压≥110mmHg）合并靶器官损害或临床心血管疾病 3自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with blood pressure≥140/90mmHg for ≥3 times on separate days, or currently with on antihypertensive therapy; 2. Patients whose total cardiovascular risk are high or very high risk according to hypertensive guideline released by European society of hypertension: (1) Grade 1 hypertension (SBP 140–159 and/or DBP 90–99mmHg) and ≥ 3risk factors; (2) Grade 2 hypertension (SBP 160–179 and/or DBP 100–109mmHg) and ≥2 risk factors; (3) Grade 3 hypertension (SBP≥180 and/or DBP≥110mmHg); 3.Willing to participate with informed consent signed.

排除标准：

1继发性高血压，确诊或疑似； 2动态血压监测失败：有效读数<70%，或觉醒次数血压读数<20，或睡眠时间血压读数<7； 3严重肝功能不全（ALT or AST＞正常值2倍），肾功能不全（血清肌酐清除率<30ml/min）； 4怀孕或哺乳（女性）； 5合并其他不适合试验的疾病，如急性传染病、慢性精神疾病、肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Secondary hypertension, confirmed or suspected; 2 Failure of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring: effective reading < 70%, or number of awakenings blood pressure readings < 20, or sleep time blood pressure reading < 7; 3 Severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT or AST > 2 times normal), renal insufficiency (serum creatinine clearance < 30ml/min); 4 Pregnant or breastfeeding (female); 5 Combined with other diseases not suitable for the test, such as acute infectious diseases, chronic mental diseases, tumors, etc.
