研究目的：

结合昼夜节律综合征风险预测模型预后指数，基于智能健康手表采用融合人机交互技术和信息-动机-行为技巧理论的干预措施开展整群随机对照试验，评价干预措施效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Combined with the prognostic index of the risk prediction model of circadian rhythm syndrome, a cluster randomized controlled trial was conducted based on the smart health watch and the intervention measures integrating human-computer interaction technology and information motivation behavior skill theory to evaluate the effect of the intervention measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①铁路职业人群大数据平台中的在岗职工；②昼夜节律综合征预后指数超过风险阈值者；③认知正常并配合行为干预；④同意参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① On duty employees in the big data platform for railway professionals; ② The prognosis index of circadian rhythm syndrome exceeds the risk threshold; ③ Normal cognition and coordination with behavioral intervention; ④ Agree to participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①有既往心脑血管疾病史。②因已知恶性肿瘤或严重疾病可能导致预期寿命小于12个月；③孕妇或哺乳期妇女以及任何不能参加干预的情况；④参加其他类似试验。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have a previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Due to known malignant tumors or serious diseases, life expectancy may be less than 12 months; ③ Pregnant or lactating women and any situations where they are unable to participate in intervention; ④ Participate in other similar experiments.
