纳入标准：

新型冠状病毒危重者已进行人工肝集束化护理者

Inclusion criteria

Critically ill patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection who had perform blood purificationtherapy using artificial liver suppoer system and underwent clustering nusing progremm

排除标准：

1) 病人或家属不同意签署知情同意书；
2) 患者既往或现存有DVT病史者；
3) 研究者认为患者存在不适合入组的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patient or family member does not agree to sign informed consent;
2) Patients with previous or existing history of DVT;
3) The investigator believes that the patient has other conditions that are not suitable for enrollment;
