研究目的：

1.研究经耳迷走神经刺激是否会影响溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者的症状； 2.研究经耳迷走神经刺激是否会影响患者血清炎症介质水平； 3.探讨经耳迷走神经刺激治疗UC患者的相关机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study whether auditory vagus nerve stimulation can affect the symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC); 2. To study whether transeural vagal nerve stimulation can affect the level of serum inflammatory mediators in patients; 3. To explore the relevant mechanism of the treatment of UC patients with transeural vagal nerve stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合中重度溃疡性结肠炎诊断标准患者，其中症状严重程度评分mayo score6-12分

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate and severe ulcerative colitis, with the symptom severity score of 6 to 12 points

排除标准：

有腹部手术史者；消化系统器质性疾病（包括息肉、炎症性肠病、肿瘤、乳糜泻、乳糖不耐受等）；B超检查患肝胆胰疾病；患有高血压且血压控制不稳定者；有糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、系统性硬化症、系统性红斑狼疮等病史者；孕妇、哺乳期妇女或计划怀孕者

Exclusion criteria：

Have a history of abdominal surgery; Organic diseases of digestive system (including polyps, inflammatory bowel diseases, tumors, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.); B ultrasonic examination of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases; People with hypertension and unstable blood pressure control; Have a history of diabetes, thyroid disease, systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc; Pregnant, lactating or planned pregnancy

采用区组，随机，平行对照，由中心专业统计人员（编盲者）负责用 SAS 软件产生中心编码分配随机数字、试验病例分配随机数字、处理组分配随机数字，以及试验病例随机编码表。并大致按1：1比例随机分为两组：试验组与对照组。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时完整正确清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两次对比，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或不同介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the data were loaded into the case report form in time, completely, correctly and clearly. The data were input by the corresponding database system with two persons and two computers. After that, the database was compared twice. The electronic data files were classified and saved, and multiple backups were saved on different disks or different media. The data were stored properly to prevent damage.
