研究目的：

主要目的：探究糖尿病视网膜病变且伴轻中度干眼的患者行玻璃体切除术，围术期给予眼表组织保护药物的必要性； 次要目的：对比术前和术后应用地夸磷索钠/玻璃酸钠对于糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除术眼表损伤的保护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To investigate the necessity of perioperative administration of ocular surface tissue protective drugs in patients with diabetic retinopathy and mild to moderate dry eye undergoing vitrectomy. Secondary objective: To compare the protective effect of preoperative and postoperative diquafosol/hyaluronate on ocular surface injury after vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65周岁；
2.轻中重度干眼；
3.诊断为2型糖尿病，并计划行玻璃体切除术治疗的患者；
4.术前血糖控制良好，空腹血糖<8mmol/L
5.患者自愿参加研究，签署知情同意书，依从性良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-65 years old;
2. Mild, moderate and severe dry eye;
3. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and scheduled for vitrectomy;
4. Preoperative blood glucose was well controlled, and fasting blood glucose was less than 8mmol/L
5. Patients voluntarily participated in the study, signed the informed consent form, and the compliance was good.

排除标准：

1.重度干眼患者；
2.机械性眼外伤史或角膜屈光手术史或其他所有影响眼表结构完整的手术史
3.合并睑板腺功能障碍、角膜病、青光眼、慢性泪囊炎、泪小管炎、睑内翻、睑外翻等其他眼科疾病患者；
4.伴有系统性红斑狼疮、I型糖尿病、桥本甲状腺炎及类风湿关节炎等自身免疫性疾病患者；
5.伴有心、肾、肺、内分泌、血液或消化系统严重原发病者；
6.对研究药物过敏或存在禁忌症者；
7.合并眼表炎症的患者；
8.合并牵拉性视网膜脱离的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe dry eye;
2. History of mechanical ocular trauma or corneal refractive surgery or any other surgery affecting the integrity of the ocular surface structure
3. Patients with meibomian gland dysfunction, corneal disease, glaucoma, chronic dacryocystitis, lacrimal canaliculitis, eyelid entropion, eyelid ectropion and other ophthalmic diseases;
4. Patients with autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, type I diabetes mellitus, Hashimoto's thyroiditis and rheumatoid arthritis;
5. Accompanied by serious primary diseases of the heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood or digestive system;
6. Patients with allergy or contraindications to study drugs;
7. Patients with concomitant ocular surface inflammation;
8. Patients with concomitant traction retinal detachment.
