Objectives of Study：

Provide new strategies for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康志愿者；2型糖尿病但无心脏舒张功能障碍；无糖尿病但有心脏舒张功能障碍；2型糖尿病及只有心脏舒张功能障碍；2型糖尿病及有心脏收缩舒张功能障碍等DCM晚期指标（需心脏移植）

Inclusion criteria

Healthy volunteers; Type 2 diabetes without diastolic dysfunction; Diastolic dysfunction without type 2 diabetes; Type 2 diabetes mellitus with diastolic dysfunction; Type 2 diabetes mellitus and advanced DCM indicators such as systolic and diastolic dysfunction (heart transplantation required).

排除标准：

严重肝肾功能障碍、其他内分泌系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、传染性疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, other endocrine system diseases, malignant tumors, and infectious diseases.
