主要目的：研究LMA?Gastro?气道在术中放置经食道超声探头的时间 次要研究目的：LMA?Gastro?气道在全麻手术中经食道超声监测的安全性，经食道超声使用者评分及为患者带来的收益  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To investigate the duration of intraoperative placement of transesophageal ultrasound probes in the LMA?Gastro? airway Secondary study objectives: Safety of transesophageal ultrasound monitoring of LMA?Gastro? airways during general anesthesia surgery, user ratings of transesophageal ultrasound, and benefits to patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄50-70岁，男性。
ASA II-III级
拟在全麻下行泌尿外科经尿道前列腺手术患者
签署知情同意书，承诺遵守研究程序，配合实施全过程研究。

Inclusion criteria

Age 50-70, male.
ASA Grade II-III
Patients undergoing urological transurethral prostate surgery under general anesthesia
Sign the informed consent, promise to abide by the research procedures, and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of the study.

排除标准：

体重＜30kg；
BMI＞28；
患者和或家属拒绝或无法配合；
未禁食；
俯卧位；
手术时间＞4小时；
食管梗阻或狭窄、食管占位性病变、食管撕裂和穿孔、食管静脉曲张、食管憩室、食管裂孔疝、先天性食管畸形、食管手术后不久；
咽部脓肿、咽部占位性病变；
活动性上消化道出血，肝硬化及门脉高压病史；
睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
张口度难于通过喉罩；
凝血障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

Weight < 30kg;
BMI > 28;
Patients and/or family members refuse or are unable to cooperate;
Not fasting;
Prone position;
Operation time > 4 hours;
Esophageal obstruction or stenosis, esophageal space-occupying lesions, esophageal lacerations and perforations, esophageal varices, esophageal diverticulum, hiatal hernia, congenital esophageal malformations, shortly after esophageal surgery;
Abscess of pharynx, space occupying lesion of pharynx;
History of active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, cirrhosis, and portal hypertension;
Sleep apnea syndrome;
Mouth opening is difficult to pass through the laryngeal mask;
Coagulation disorder;
