研究目的：

通过对患者术后不同时间的髋关节功能、股骨头坏死进展情况、髋关节置换术发生率以及术后并发症发生率进行跟踪随访，进行临床功能评价、影像学进展及并发症发生率的对比分析，并进行疗效的相关因素分析，探讨早期股骨头坏死的有效保头措施。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the follow-up of the hip function, progress of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, incidence of hip arthroplasty and postoperative complication rate at different times after surgery, the comparative analysis of clinical function evaluation, imaging progress and complication rate, and the analysis of relevant factors of efficacy were carried out to explore the effective head preservation measures for early osteonecrosis of the femoral head.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

回顾性纳入2010-2017年于我院关节外科行股骨头钻孔减压术或头颈开窗术的早期非创伤性股骨头坏死患者；患者分别采用传统的髓芯钻孔减压术、髓芯钻孔减压联合植骨术、口服阿仑膦酸钠联合髓芯钻孔减压术、髓芯钻孔减压联合非血管化同种异体腓骨伴自体骨移植术、直接前路入路联合自体骨植骨术、经皮股骨颈开窗联合自体骨或人工骨植骨术；患者通过围手术期x线片和MRI诊断为ARCOII期股骨头坏死。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients were treated with the traditional core decompression, core decompression with alendronate, core decompression with bone grafting, non-vascularized allogeneic fibula with core decompression and bone grafting, percutaneous femoral neck-head fenestration with bone grafting via DAA technique and percutaneous femoral neck-head fenestration with bone grafting, (2) patients were classified at the Association Research Circulation Osseous (ARCO) II stage, which was performed on perioperative radiographs and MRI.

排除标准：

研究排除标准如下:外伤性ONFH、骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、髋关节发育不良、免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

The study exclusion criteria are as follows: traumatic ONFH, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, developmental dysplasia of the hip, and immune disease.
