研究目的：

1、探讨头端可弯曲负压输尿管软镜鞘在输尿管软镜碎石术中的可行性及安全性； 2、评价头端可弯曲负压输尿管软镜鞘在输尿管软镜碎石中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1,To investigate the feasibility and safety of the head flexible negative pressure ureteral flexible sheath in ureteral flexible lithotripsy. 2,To evaluate the value of the head flexible negative pressure ureteral flexible sheath in ureteral flexible lithotripsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)入组前签署书面知情同意书；
2)年龄＞18岁，男女均可；
3)输尿管上段或肾结石直径小于2.0cm，或多发结石最大径小于2.0cm，经尿路平片、超声或CT等影像学检查诊断明确；
4)无泌尿系肿瘤、无明显输尿管狭窄、无泌尿系发育畸形；
5)受试者自愿加入本研究，依从性好，配合安全性和生存期随访。

Inclusion criteria

1) Signed written informed consent prior to enrollment.
2) Age > 18 years, both sexes.
3)unilateral upper ureteral or renal stones less than 2.0 cm in diameter, or multiple stones with a diameter less than 2.0 cm, with a clear diagnosis by imaging such as urethral plain film, ultrasound or CT.
4) No urological tumor, no significant ureteral stenosis, and no developmental malformation of the urinary tract.
5)Subjects voluntarily enrolled in this study, with good compliance and cooperation with safety and survival follow-up.
Patients with any of the following cannot be enrolled in this study
1) Severe preoperative urinary tract infection not controlled.
2)Patients with severe hydronephrosis and renal insufficiency, large stone size requiring multiple lithotripsy, and isolated kidney.
3) pregnancy, coagulation abnormalities (PT>16s, APTT>43s, TT>21s, Fbg>2g/L), severe cardiac, cerebral and pulmonary diseases and contraindications to surgery.
4)Ureteral calculi with severe impaction that cannot be displaced to the kidney.
5)Did not sign the written informed consent.
6)Any others which are not suitable for entering the study

排除标准：

1)术前严重尿路感染未控制；
2)严重肾积水及肾功能不全、结石体积较大需要多次碎石、孤立肾的患者；
3)妊娠，凝血异常（PT>16s、APTT>43s、TT>21s、Fbg>2g/L）、有严重心脑肺疾病及手术禁忌症者；
4)输尿管结石嵌顿严重不能移位至肾脏者；
5)受试者未签署知情同意书；
6)其他任何不适宜进入该研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The subject or his or her legal representative requests to withdraw.
2) Continued participation in the study would be detrimental to their health.
3) The subject's pregnancy or loss of visit.
4) Withdrawal from the study is deemed necessary by the investigator.
5) All withdrawals should be followed up according to the study protocol and the results recorded, unless the patient 6)withdraws informed consent and refuses to be followed up.
