研究目的：

通过科学严谨的方法，对家庭谈话干预进行文化调适，确立一套适于本土应用的改善癌症患者及其青少年子女家庭沟通及社会心理健康的家庭谈话干预方案，以提高患癌家庭成员之间的有效沟通和家庭功能，从而减少癌症患者及其青少年子女的心理问题。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To culturally adapt FTI based on psychosocial care needs and preference of the target population. 2. To evaluate the process, barriers, and outcomes of implementing the adapted FTI in the target population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）癌症患者：
①年龄：30岁以上；②经病理或细胞学检查诊断为癌症；③AJCC分期II、III,、 IV期；④经患者主治医生判断预期寿命＞6个月；⑤知晓癌症病情；⑥具备读写和沟通交流的能力。
（2）青少年子女：
①年龄12-18岁；②知晓患癌父母症病情；③具备读写和沟通交流的能力。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Cancer patients: ① Age: over 30 years old; ② diagnosed with cancer by pathology or cytology; ③ AJCC stages II, III, IV; ④ life expectancy judged by the attending physician for> 6 months; ⑤ knows cancer condition; ⑥ can read, write and communicate.
(2) Young children: ① age 12-18 years; ② is aware of cancer parents; ③ has literacy and communication skills.

排除标准：

（1）癌症患者：
①符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》（DSM-5）诊断标准的焦虑症或抑郁症；②合并有符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准（第三版）》诊断标准的精神类疾病；③合并有其他严重的躯体疾病，如先天性心脏病；④正在或过往参与过其他社会心理干预。
（2）青少年子女：
①符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》（DSM-5）诊断标准的焦虑症或抑郁症；②合并有符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准（第三版）》诊断标准的精神类疾病；③合并有其他严重的躯体疾病，如先天性心脏病；④正在或过往参与过其他社会心理干预。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cancer patients: ① Anxiety or depression that meet the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition) (DSM-5); ② has mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of China Classification and Diagnostic Standards of Mental Disorders (Third Edition); ③ has other serious physical diseases, such as congenital heart disease; ④ is or has participated in other psychosocial interventions.(2) Young children: ① Anxiety or depression that meet the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition) (DSM-5); ② with mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of China Classification and Diagnostic Standards of Mental Disorders (Third Edition); ③ with other serious physical diseases, such as congenital heart disease; ④ is or has participated in other psychosocial interventions.

随机区组分组。配对的癌症患者及其青少年子女以1：1的比例分配给家庭谈话干预的干预组或常规护理的对照组。首先，本研究将设定A组和B组，在该阶段不能得知A、B组与干预组和对照组的对应情况。本研究拟将区组长度设定为4，因此共包括六种区组排列，即：AABB, ABAB, ABBA, BAAB, BABA, BBAA。仅负责随机分组的研究人员（甲）将这六种区组排列放进按顺序编号为1-6的密封不透明信封中，其中每个信封包含每4对癌症患者及其青少年子女的A、B分组情况。然后，通过计算机生成随机数字表，从中仅保留1-6之间的数字，再按照仅保留1-6之间数字的序列来对应编号为1-6的密封不透明信封。最后，每招募到4对配对的癌症患者及其青少年子女时，按顺序拆开信封进行分组。
