研究目的：

明确角膜塑形镜、多点微透镜设计的离焦框架眼镜（包括DIMS镜片、HAL镜片、AURA镜片等）和DOT框架眼镜在临床应用中的总体防控效果和安全性，以及这几种手段之间的防控效果的差异。 明确角膜塑形镜、多点微透镜设计的离焦框架眼镜（包括DIMS镜片、HAL镜片、AURA镜片等）和DOT框架眼镜在不同特征人群中的近视控制效果的差异，比如低、中、高度近视患者配戴多点微透镜设计的离焦框架眼镜（包括DIMS镜片、HAL镜片、AURA镜片等）分别的近视控制效果如何。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the overall prevention and control effect and safety of orthokeratology, multi-point microlens designed frame glasses (including DIMS lenses, HAL lenses, AURA lenses, etc.) and DOT frame glasses in practical clinical applications, as well as the differences in prevention and control effects among these means. To clarify the differences in myopia control effects of orthokeratology, multi-point microlens designed frame glasses (including DIMS lenses, HAL lenses, AURA lenses, etc.) and DOT frame glasses in people with different characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄：6-16岁 性别不限 麻痹睫状肌验光：双眼球镜度数均≤+1.50D，柱镜度数≥ -2.00D 获得家长及受试者知情同意

Inclusion criteria

Age: 6-16 years old No gender limitation Cycloplegic refraction: binocular spherical power≤+1.50D, astigmatism ≤ 2.00D Informed consent from parents and subjects was obtained

排除标准：

弱视、斜视及其他器质性眼病 无法配合完成相关检查 按要求随访时间少于12个月 纳入研究前6个月内或正在使用或随访过程中使用低浓度阿托品、哺光仪等任何其他近视控制手段。

Exclusion criteria：

Amblyopia, strabismus and other organic eye diseases Unable to complete the relevant examinations Follow up period less than 12 months Any other myopia control means, such as low dose atropine or repeated low-intensity red light therapy, were used within 6 months prior to inclusion or during follow-up.
