1. 探索四川地区儿童青少年脊柱侧凸的流行病学特征。 2. 探索四川地区儿童青少年脊柱侧凸发病的相关风险因素。 3. 探究高危儿童青少年的脊柱侧凸新发患病率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the epidemiological characteristics of scoliosis in children and adolescents in Sichuan Province. 2. To explore the risk factors related to scoliosis in children and adolescents in Sichuan Province. 3. To explore the prevalence of new scoliosis in high-risk children and adolescents.

纳入标准：

1.四川地区的在校注册的1～6年级小学生。 2.监护人知情且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered primary school students in grades 1 to 6 in Sichuan Province. 2. Guardians were informed and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.不愿参与检查； 2.个人特征和信息缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unwilling to participate in inspection; 2. Lack of personal characteristics and information.
