研究目的：

探讨SARS-CoV-2灭活疫苗对冷冻胚胎移植（frozen embryo transfer，FET）结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To discuss the effects of the SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine on the outcome of frozen embryo transfer (FET).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄20～40岁；月经周期规律( 周期24～35天)；宫腔形态未见异常；有可移植的冷冻胚胎或囊胚。

Inclusion criteria

the age was 20-40 years old; the menstrual cycle was regular (24-35 days); the morphology of the uterine cavity was normal; there were transferrable frozen embryos or blastulas.

排除标准：

夫妇双方或一方染色体异常；子宫畸形;有子宫内膜结核病史；子宫腺肌症或子宫肌瘤压迫宫腔者；反复出现宫腔积液；子宫内膜息肉；明确的输卵管积水；子宫内膜厚度小于8mm；反复种植失败( 胚胎移植种植失败≥3 次)。

Exclusion criteria：

one or both spouses had chromosome abnormalities; the uterine was malformed; there was a history of endometrial tuberculosis; patients had adenomyosis or fibroid pressing on the uterine cavity; there were repeated uterine dropsy; endometrial polyp; obvious hydrosalpinx; the thickness of endometrium was less than 8 mm; repeated implantation failure (embryo transfer and implantation failed for ≥ 3 times).
