药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合 《带状疱疹中国专家共识》带状疱疹诊断标准；②入院时处于急性期，发病时间≤ 7 d；③年龄> 18 岁，性别不限

Inclusion criteria

① Conform to the diagnostic criteria of herpes zoster in China Expert Consensus on Herpes Zoster;② The patients were in acute stage when they were admitted to hospital, and the onset time was ≤ 7 days;③ Age> 18 years old, regardless of gender

排除标准：

①长期使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、免疫增强剂等药物；②伴有精神性疾病、认知功能障碍；③伴有严重免疫缺陷、传染性疾病、血液系统疾病等恶性肿瘤等疾病；④近期有急性感染；⑤妊娠、哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

① Long-term use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, immunopotentiators and other drugs;(2) accompanied with mental disease and cognitive dysfunction;③ accompanied by severe immune deficiency, infectious diseases, hematological diseases and other malignant tumors;④ Acute infection recently;⑤ Pregnant and lactating women.
