研究目的：

观察坐式八段锦对COVID-19普通型患者的辅助治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the adjuvant therapeutic effect of sitting baduanjin on covid-19 patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~75岁（包括界值），性别不限；
（2）符合新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案-试行第六版的诊断标准（以最新版的为准，目前更新到第六版）。
（3）参考诊疗方案试行第六版符合普通型标准的患者；
（4）7天内未参与传统保健运动（八段锦、太极拳、五禽戏或其他健身气功）；
（5）步态平稳，意识清醒；
（6）同意参加本研究并自愿签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age: 18-75 years old (including threshold), regardless of gender;
(2) compliance with the pneumonia diagnosis and treatment protocol for novel coronavirus infection - the diagnostic criteria for the trial version 6 (the latest version, which is currently updated to version 6).
(3) the sixth version of the reference treatment scheme meets the common type standard;
(4) no participation in traditional health exercise (ba duan jin, tai chi, wu qin xi or other fitness qigong) within 7 days;
(5) steady gait and clear consciousness;
(6) patients who agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）需每日治疗的哮喘，任何其他慢性呼吸道疾病
（2）有严重精神疾病、重度神经官能症患者。?
（3）运动康复危险分层评估为高危患者或者其他原因限制活动者；
（4）合并严重的肾功能不全、肝功能不全者；
（5）合并严重慢阻肺、肺心病或呼吸衰竭患者；
（6）合并严重造血系统、肿瘤等严重原发性疾病；
（7）14天内练习中医传统功法者（八段锦、太极拳、五禽戏或其他健身气功）。
有言语、认知障碍等影响交流者。
（8）参考诊疗方案试行第六版属于重型、危重型标准的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) asthma requiring daily treatment, any other chronic respiratory disease
(2) patients with severe mental illness and severe neurosis.?
(3) the risk stratification of exercise rehabilitation was assessed as high-risk patients or those who were restricted from activities for other reasons;
(4) patients with severe renal insufficiency and liver insufficiency;
(5) patients with severe copd, cor pulmonale or respiratory failure;
(6) severe hematopoietic system, tumor and other serious primary diseases;
(7) those who practice traditional Chinese medicine skills (ba duan jin, tai chi, wu qin xi or other fitness qigong) within 14 days.
There are speech, cognitive impairment and other effects of communicators.
(8) the sixth trial version of the reference diagnosis and treatment scheme is for patients with severe or critical criteria;

本研究为前瞻性随机临床试验，采用随机分层。将入组患者随机分为两组。对照组按《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案-试行第6版》进行治疗（以国家公布的最新版诊疗方案为准，目前更新到第六版）；试验组在对照组的基础上，联合练习坐式八段锦。
