研究目的：

将生物电阻抗分析（BIA）相关指标作为反映患者营养不良-炎症状态指的指标，拟使用生物电阻抗分析对神经重症监护室（NICU)中脑卒中患者进行客观动态监测，以期动态观察卒中患者急性期营养不良-炎症状态对预后的影响，为临床采取营养支持及抗炎干预措施以改善卒中患者结局提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) was used as an indicator to reflect the malnutrition-inflammatory state of patients, and bioelectrical impedance analysis was proposed to objectively and dynamically monitor stroke patients in the neurointensive care unit (NICU), in order to dynamically observe the influence of acute malnutrition-inflammatory state on the prognosis of stroke patients, and provide a reference for clinical nutrition support and anti-inflammatory interventions to improve the outcomes of stroke patients.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；
（2）入住NICU的脑卒中患者 ；
（3）所有患者或其监护人均提供了书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥ 18 years old;
(2) stroke patients admitted to the NICU;
(3) All patients or their guardians have provided written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）因躁动不安、血流动力学不稳定、截肢等无法使用BIA测量、植入了金属装置(如起搏器或人工股骨头) 而无法接受BIA测试或BIA值错误及在BIA电极附着区域遭受皮肤损伤的患者；
（2）资料不齐全

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who cannot receive BIA tests or incorrect BIA values due to restlessness, hemodynamic instability, amputation, etc., who cannot be measured by BIA, implanted metal devices (such as pacemakers or artificial femoral heads), and suffer skin damage in the area where BIA electrodes are attached;
(2) Incomplete information

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

收集脑卒中患者入NICU24小时内的临床资料、入院24小时的生化资料和入院后连续动态的BIA指标，电话随访患者出院后3个月的神经功能预后。所有资料由2名专门的研究助理通过电子病历系统及BIA（InBody S10）仪器记录系统、电话随访进行收集整理，且分别进行数据录入。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The clinical data of stroke patients within 24 hours of admission to the NICU, the biochemical data of 24 hours of admission and the continuous dynamic BIA indicators after admission were collected, and the neurological prognosis of patients 3 months after discharge was followed up by telephone. All data were collected and collated by two dedicated research assistants through the electronic medical record system, BIA (InBody S10) instrument recording system, telephone follow-up, and data entry was carried out separately.
