研究目的：

在本研究中建立糖尿病视网膜病变专病队列，并在前期研究基础上，综合利用多组学、多模影像学对糖尿病视网膜病变及糖尿病眼部自主神经病变进行系统性分析。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we will establish a diabetic retinopathy cohort and systematically analyze diabetic retinopathy and diabetic ocular neuropathy using a combination of multi-omics and multi-modality imaging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥18岁；
2）既往已诊断的糖尿病患者（空腹血糖≥7mmol/L或随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L或 HbA1c≥6.5%）；
3）眼底检查明确为糖尿病视网膜病变；
4）神志清晰，无其他认知功能障碍，能够遵循计划访视、实验室检查和其他研究程序；
5）完全了解本研究并有权自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥ 18 years.
2) Patients with previously diagnosed diabetes (fasting plasma glucose ≥ 7 mmol/L or random plasma glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L or HbA1c ≥ 6.5%).
3) Diabetic Retinopathy confirmed by fundus examination.
4) clear consciousness, no other cognitive impairment, and able to follow scheduled visits, laboratory tests, and other study procedures.
5) Fully understand the study and have the right to voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）目前存在眼部感染或全身性感染性或急性期疾病影响检查结果者
2）恶性肿瘤患者治疗期间
3）其余不允许完成研究或签署知情同意书的医疗或心理状况
4）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1）Patients with current ocular infection or systemic infectious or acute phase disease affecting the examination results
2) Patients with malignancy during treatment
3) Other medical or psychological conditions that do not allow completion of the study or signing of the informed consent form
4) Other reasons deemed by the investigator to be inappropriate for the clinical trial
