研究目的：

本研究为自身前-后教学研究。通过对学员学习前、使用传统方法学习后、接触学习工具（路线图）学习后3个时间点分别发放调查问卷，旨在探究脊柱扫查路线图对学员学习感受及学习信心的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a before and after teaching research. By distributing survey questionnaires to students at three time points: before learning, after learning using traditional methods, and after learning using learning tools (the roate map), aim at exploring the impact of spinal ultrasounography scanning roate map on students' learning experience and confidence.

纳入标准：

学员入组标准为： 1.身份为北京协和医院麻醉科进修医师、研究生或基地在培成员； 2.能够熟练使用超声仪器，但缺乏脊柱超声相关扫查的临床经验；

Inclusion criteria

1. Identity: visiting physician, graduate student or resident doctors of the Anesthesiology Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital; 2. Proficient in using ultrasound instruments, but lacking clinical experience in spinal ultrasound related scanning skills;

排除标准：

学员排除标准为：不愿配合本研究进行调查的学员。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究使用纸质调查问卷，研究结束后，研究结果会通过eCRF上传至北京协和医院麻醉科科研数据库服务器。电子数据通过密码加密，永久保存；纸质数据锁于本研究负责人科研专用抽屉，在研究结果发表5年后销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study uses paper questionnaires. After the study is completed, the results will be uploaded to the scientific research database server of the Department of Anesthesiology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital through eCRF. Electronic data is encrypted with a password and permanently stored; The paper data is locked in a research drawer dedicated to the research leader of this study and destroyed 5 years after the publication of the research results.
