研究目的：

本课题利用督灸改善阳虚质，旨在观察督灸对阳虚质的改善及其肠道菌群的影响，并基于肠道菌群的角度对督灸改善阳虚质的作用机制进行初步探讨，以期为阳虚质人群寻求新的治疗思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, governor vessel moxibustion was used to improve yang deficiency constitution, aiming to observe the effect of governor vessel moxibustion on the improvement of yang deficiency constitution and its intestinal flora. Based on the perspective of intestinal flora, the mechanism of governor vessel moxibustion in improving yang deficiency constitution was preliminarily discussed in order to seek new treatment ideas and methods for people with yang deficiency constitution.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

依据 2009年由中华中医药学会发表的《中医体质分类与判定》[1]判定阳虚体质。判定流程∶通过判定方法计算阳虚体质转化分，依据标准判定阳虚体质。 1）符合阳虚体质判定标准； 2）18≤年龄≤60岁，性别不限； 3）健康体检无明显器质病变； 4）接受及坚持督灸治疗的阳虚体质者； 5）治疗期间未采用其它药物和方法干预； 6）受试者知情同意，自愿加入本研究； 7）在济南市生活一年以上，且近一月未服用抗生素、益生菌、酸奶等影响肠道菌群的药物或食物。

Inclusion criteria

Yang deficiency constitution was determined according to the classification and determination of TCM constitution published by China Association of Chinese Medicine in 2009 [ 1 ]. Judgment process : calculate the transformation score of yang deficiency constitution by judgment method, and judge yang deficiency constitution according to the standard. 1 ) meet the criteria for judging Yang deficiency constitution ; 2 ) 18 ≤ age ≤ 60 years old, gender unlimited ; 3 ) There was no obvious organic disease in health examination ; 4 ) Patients with yang deficiency constitution who received and adhered to governor vessel moxibustion treatment ; 5 ) No other drugs and methods were used during the treatment ; 6 ) Subjects voluntarily joined the study with informed consent ; 7 ) Living in Jinan for more than 1 year, and not taking antibiotics, probiotics, yogurt and other drugs or food that affect the intestinal flora in the past month.

排除标准：

1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2）酒精、药物等依赖或滥用者; 3）有感染、传染性疾病或严重皮肤病者; 4）近1个月内参加其他临床研究者； 5）其他可能影响课题结果不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 ) pregnant or lactating women ; 2 ) alcohol, drug dependence or abuse ; 3 ) Patients with infection, infectious diseases or severe skin diseases ; 4 ) to participate in other clinical researchers in the past 1 month ; 5 ) Others that may affect the results of the study are not suitable for inclusion.

采用随机数字表的分组方法进行随机对照试验，将66例研究对象分两组，分别是观察组和对照组，观察组为督灸组，对照组为宣教组，每组各33例。

A randomized controlled trial was conducted by using the grouping method of random number table. 66 subjects were divided into two groups : observation group and control group. The observation group was the Du-moxibustion group and the control group was the propaganda and education group, 33 cases in each group.
