研究目的：

1.了解婴儿早期喂养习惯与影响因素。 2.了解喂养习惯与体重获得与认知发育的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify early childhood feeding habits & influencing factors; 2. Determine the relationship between feeding habits, weight gain and cognitive development.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为18-50岁，本次生育单胎的母亲； 2.目前已经在居住地居住1年以上； 3.接下来1年内无迁移其他地区居住计划，能持续到目前社区进行儿童保健。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-50 years with full-term singleton birth; (2) living in the target neighborhood for at least 1 year; (3) can continue visit one of the five study centers to receive healthcare services at least until 12 months after birth.

排除标准：

1.孩子不足月； 2.孩子有心肺功能不全等器质性病变； 3.母亲存在智力障碍或对问卷内容理解困难，不能自行进行问卷填写。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Premature birth; (2) having with congenital diseases; (3) mental disorders or difficulty understanding and completing the study questionnaires.
