探讨铜死亡与体外循环心脏手术后心肌损伤的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between cuproptosis and myocardial injury after cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)手术种类选择成人心脏瓣膜置换手术、心脏搭桥手术以及成人的先心病手术。 (2)术前通过药物等治疗手段改善心脏功能、根据纽约心脏病协会(New York Heart Association, NYHA)分级标准心脏功能在I-III级或者经治疗后病情稳定的 NYHA IV级病人。 (3)术中进行体外循环。 (4)年龄：18岁- 75岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1)The types of surgeries include adult valve replacement, coronary?artery?bypass?surgery, and adult congenital heart disease surgery. (2) Cardiac functions of patients are at I-III level according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) grading standards through medication and other treatment methods before surgery, or NYHA IV level patients whose condition are stable after treatment. (3) Cardiopulmonary bypass was performed during surgery. (4) Patients aged 18-75 years old.

排除标准：

(1)术前存在心衰且无法纠正的患者。 (2)急诊手术。 (3)非计划二次手术。 (4)严重肺或脑血管疾病 。 (5)肝或肾功能障碍 （Child-Pugh分级 ≥ B， 肌酐≥ 200 μmol/L）。 (6)怀孕。 (7)曾经有过心脏开胸手术病史。 (8)患者拒绝进行此项研究。 (9)患者精神状态异常，不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with preoperative heart failure that cannot be corrected. (2) Emergency surgery. (3) Unplanned secondary surgery. (4) Severe pulmonary or cerebrovascular disease. (5) Liver or renal dysfunction (Child Pugh grade ≥ B, creatinine ≥ 200 μ Mol/L). (6) Pregnancy. (7) History of open-heart surgery. (8) Refusal of participating this study. (9) Patients with abnormal mental state who are unable to cooperate.
