对比支气管内插管和支气管内封堵两种单肺通气方式在6岁以下儿童的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of endobronchial intubation and endobronchial occlusion in children under 6 years old

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

入选标准：1.0<年龄≤6岁 2.ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级 3.拟行胸腔镜手术患儿 4.近期无呼吸道感染 5.气道无畸形 6.无严重循环神经系统性疾病 7.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

inclusion criteria: 1.0< Age: ≤6 years old 2.ASA I ~ Ⅱ grade 3. 4 patients with thoracoscopic surgery. No recent respiratory tract infection 5. No airway malformations 6. No severe circulatory neurosystemic disease 7. Sign informed consent

排除标准：

排除标准：1.体重指数>30kg/m2 2.术前吸入空气低血氧<95% 3.对已知麻醉药物过敏患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index > 30kg/m2 2. Preoperative inhalation of air hypoxia < 95% 3. Children allergic to known narcotic drugs
