研究目的：

研究目的：①通过各中心检验科开展的HRR基因检测，以真实世界数据来评估不同临床期别的前列腺癌患者群体中的HRR基因突变频率；②通过临床随访评估HRR基因突变对患者预后的影响；③评估HRR基因对晚期前列腺癌患者药物治疗的指导作用；④通过建立前列腺癌患者队列并探索将HRR基因突变纳入前列腺癌患者管理的预后风险分层遗传标志物；⑤探索前列腺癌进展、HRR基因突变与患者肠道菌群改变的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Research purposes: ①Evaluate the HRR gene mutation frequency in different clinical stages of prostate cancer patients in real-world, through the HRR gene assay carried out by the laboratory departments of each center; ②Evaluate the impact of HRR gene mutation on the prognosis of prostate cancer patients through follow-up ; ③Evaluate the role of HRR gene in guiding the drug treatment in patients with advanced prostate cancer; ④Establish a prostate cancer patient cohort, and explore the value that incorporate HRR gene mutations into prognostic risk stratification genetic markers in management of prostate cancer patients; ⑤Explore associations between the progression of prostate cancer, HRR gene mutations with altered gut microbiota in patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 在签署知情同意书时，年龄为18-75岁的男性。 2) 同意签署知情同意书。 3) 经组织学确诊为前列腺癌，包括前列腺腺泡腺癌和其他少见病理类型，如鳞癌、导管腺癌、导管内癌、前列腺肉瘤、神经内分泌癌、小细胞癌等。 4) 患者必须能提供血样本，如在研究中心行前列腺根治性切除手术的患者，同时愿意提供新鲜或存档肿瘤组织（福尔马林固定新鲜组织，石蜡包埋蜡块）或约15张（至少5张）新切的未染色石蜡切片，以上血和组织样本用于中心提取DNA并行HRR基因检测。 5) 美国东部肿瘤协作组（ECOG）体能状况≤1。

Inclusion criteria

1) Men aged 18-75 at the time of signing the informed consent form. 2) Agree to sign the informed consent form. 3) Histologically diagnosed prostate cancer, including prostate adenocarcinoma and other rare pathological types, such as squamous cell carcinoma, ductal adenocarcinoma, intraductal carcinoma, prostatic sarcoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma, small cell carcinoma, etc. 4) Patients must be able to provide blood samples, for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy in research center, they need to provide fresh or archived tumor tissues (formalin-fixed fresh tissues, paraffin-embedded wax blocks) or about 15 (at least 5) freshly cut unstained paraffin sections, the above blood and tissue samples are used for central DNA extraction and HRR gene testing. 5) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) physical status ≤1.

排除标准：

1) 活动性结核病 2) 入组前2周内发生重度感染，包括但不限于导致住院治疗的感染并发症、菌血症或重症肺炎 3) 已知有人体免疫缺陷病毒感染病 4) 未经治疗的活动性乙型肝炎患者不得进入研究 5) 活动性丙型肝炎的患者不得入组 6) 既往已因前列腺癌行HRR基因检测

Exclusion criteria：

1) Active tuberculosis 2) Severe infection within 2 weeks before enrollment, including but not limited to infection complications leading to hospitalization, bacteremia or severe pneumonia 3) Known human immunodeficiency virus infection 4) Patients with untreated active hepatitis B are not allowed to enter the study 5) Patients with active hepatitis C are not eligible for enrollment 6) Have received HRR gene testing for prostate cancer previously
