研究目的：

探究小程序干预平台及教练和人工智能对一般焦虑、学业焦虑、一般拖延和抑郁症状的干预作用。  

Objectives of Study：

We were investigating the intervention effects of the mini-program we designed, the coaching service, and the artificial intelligence support service embedded in the mini-program on general anxiety, academic anxiety, general procrastination, and depressive symptoms.

纳入标准：

1)阅读并签写了知情同意书 2)十八岁以上，男女均可 3)中文为母语 4)拥有智能手机并且可以上网

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed online informed consent 2. Male or female, aged 18 years or older; 3. Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese; 4. Have access to a smartphone and the Internet.

排除标准：

1. PHQ-9总分≥10
2. PHQ-9自杀条目：第九题>0
3. 患有精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、酒精或物质使用障碍、神经发育障碍，或有器质性脑损伤。
4. 过去的一个月以及接下来的两个月，有精神类的药物治疗或心理治疗的处置变化（例如，换一种新的抗抑郁药）。

Exclusion criteria：

1) PHQ-9 total score equals to or higher than 10; 2) Acutely suicidal as indicated with a score above one on the PHQ-9 suicidality item; 3) Have been diagnosed with bipolar, psychosis, substance or alcohol abuse, neurodevelopmental disorder, or brain impairment; 4) Currently taking psychopharmaceutical medication and/or expecting changes in medication or psychotherapy in four weeks or in two months (i.e., changing into a new antidepressant)
