研究目的：

（1）明确绵拳的运动生物力学特征； （2）明确绵拳的运动代谢机能与能耗特征； （3）探究绵拳对于肌骨健康问题（如下背痛）的治疗作用； （4）探究绵拳对于代谢性健康问题（如肥胖）的治疗作用及可能机制；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the biomechanical characteristics of the movement of Mianquan. (2) To characterize the motor metabolic function and energy consumption of Mian Quan. (3) To investigate the therapeutic effects of Mian Quan on musculoskeletal health problems (e.g., back pain). (4) To investigate the therapeutic effects and possible mechanisms of Mian Quan for metabolic health problems (e.g., obesity).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

绵拳训练周期为12周，每周3次，每次干预时间45分钟。每周在上海交通大学运动健康工程中心或运动转化医学中心集中教学和锻炼干预。绵拳动作由绵拳传承人根据能量消耗的特点专门设计；绵拳传授老师由专业的绵拳练习者担任（练习绵拳3年以上）。可以接受缺课的受试者预约单独补课。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The training cycle of Mianquan is 12 weeks, 3 times a week, with 45 minutes of intervention time per session. Teaching and exercise interventions are concentrated weekly at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Sports Health Engineering Center or the Sports Translational Medicine Center. Mianquan movements are specially designed by Mianquan inheritors according to the characteristics of energy expenditure; Mianquan teaching teachers are professional Mianquan practitioners (practicing Mianquan for more than 3 years). Subjects who miss classes can be accepted for individual make-up appointments. 

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄为18-65岁；
（2） 达到久坐的标准：每天坐姿总时长超过8小时；或连续90分钟没有起身活动；或在清醒状态下，无论采取坐、躺、站姿，能量消耗不高于1.5代谢当量(METs)；
（3）达到肥胖的标准： BMI（单位：kg/m2）介于24≤BMI<28（肥胖前期），28≤BMI<30（轻度肥胖），30≤BMI<40（中度肥胖）；同时结合体脂率（男性＞20%；女性＞28%）进行综合判定，BMI对运动员、孕妇等人群不适用；
（4）无其他疾病；
（5）无有规律锻炼史（每周参加有规律的运动少于2次，每次少于30分钟）；
（6）医生确认可以参加此实验；
（7）对本研究知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 to 65 years.
(2) Meet the criteria for sedentary: total sitting time exceeds 8 hours per day; or no rising activity for 90 consecutive minutes; or energy expenditure is not higher than 1.5 metabolic equivalents (METs) in the awake state, regardless of sitting, lying or standing posture.
(3) Meet the criteria of obesity: BMI (unit: kg/m2) between 24≤BMI<28 (pre-obesity), 28≤BMI<30 (mild obesity), 30≤BMI<40 (moderate obesity); also combined with body fat rate (male>20%; female>28%) for comprehensive determination, BMI is not applicable to athletes, pregnant women and other groups.
(4) No other diseases.
(5) No history of regular exercise (participating in regular exercise less than 2 times a week for less than 30 minutes each time).
(6) Have a physician's confirmation that they can participate in this experiment.
(7) informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1） BMI≥40 kg/m2;
（2） 严重的心血管疾病或骨骼肌疾病;
（3） 严重的糖尿病并发症;
（4） 被诊断患有1型和2糖尿病;
（5） 心理问题;
（6） 其他运动禁忌症患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) BMI ≥ 40 kg/m2;
(2) Severe cardiovascular disease or skeletal muscle disease;
(3) Severe complications of diabetes mellitus;
(4) Diagnosed with type 1 and type 2 diabetes;
(5) Psychological problems;
(6) Patients with other contraindications to exercise
