研究目的：

本研究目的是通过术前CT密度测定、术中胰腺触诊硬度、术后胰腺断缘组织苏木精-伊红（HE）染色纤维化测定这三种方法对胰腺质地进行综合评估，提出相对客观的评估质地的标准，探讨质地与术后胰漏发生之间的相关性，建立基于胰腺质地的术后胰漏风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the texture of the pancreas by preoperative CT densitometry, intra-operative palpation of the pancreas, and post-operative measurement of pancreatic fibrosis by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, objective criteria were proposed to evaluate texture, to explore the correlation between texture and postoperative pancreatic leakage, and to establish a prediction model of postoperative pancreatic leakage risk based on pancreatic texture.

纳入标准：

（1）经系统检查符合手术适应证的患者；
（2）接受胰十二指肠切除术的患者；
（3）临床病例资料完整的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who have been systematically examined for indications for surgery,
(2) patients who have been pancreaticoduodenectomy,
(3) patients with complete clinical data

排除标准：

拒绝手术及临床病例资料不完整的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who refused surgery and had incomplete clinical data
