研究目的：

本项目拟围绕血清及肿瘤组织微环境中的瘦素水平这一关键核心，配合多维度指标，整合患者预后数据，运用多种统计学方法，建立并验证涵盖患者基线临床资料、营养状况、影像学、生化指标、肿瘤微环境瘦素特征的肥胖型口腔鳞癌预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to focus on the key core of leptin levels in serum and tumor tissue microenvironment, integrate patient prognostic data with multi-dimensional indicators, and use a variety of statistical methods to establish and verify a prognostic prediction model for obese oral squamous cell carcinoma patients that covers patients' baseline clinical data, nutritional status, imaging, biochemical indicators and leptin characteristics of tumor microenvironment.

纳入标准：

1: 年龄：18岁以上 2: 性别：男女不限 3: 肿瘤部位：唇颊黏膜、口底、舌、牙龈、磨牙后区、硬腭 4: 治疗方式：接受根治性目的手术 5: 术前病理：证实为口腔鳞状细胞癌 6: 临床分期：cT1-3N0-3M0，AJCC 8th版 7: 体重指数：BMI≥25kg/m2，WHO 2018标准 8: 完成PET-CT检查

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 18 years old 2. Gender: Male or female 3. Tumor sites: labial or buccal mucosa, floor of mouth, tongue, gingiva, retromolar triangle, hard palate 4. Treatment: radical surgery was performed 5. Preoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma 6. Clinical stage: cT1-3N0-3M0, AJCC 8th edition 7. Body mass index: BMI≥25kg/m2, WHO 2018 standard 8. Complete the PET-CT examination

本试验设有实验记录本及病例报告表，在实验记录本上记录本研究中实验过程和实验结果以及电话招募过程中受试者参与研究意愿，病例报告表记录随访周期和随访内容。所有数据将由课题负责人及时、真实、准确、完整的记录在实验记录本和病例报告表内，并由课题负责人负责管理。电子数据文件，如：数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，将分类保存，双备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study was provided with an experimental record book and a case report form, in which the experimental process and results of this study and the participants' willingness to participate in the study during telephone recruitment were recorded, while the case report form recorded the follow-up period and follow-up content. All the data will be recorded in the experimental notebook and case report form in a timely, true, accurate and complete manner by the project leader, who will be responsible for the management of the project leader. Electronic data files, such as: database, inspection program, analysis program, analysis results, codebook and description files, will be stored in different categories, double backup store on different disks or recording media, properly stored, to prevent damage.
