观察年龄相关性非血管性浆液性视网膜色素上皮分离的自然病程  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the natural course of age-related non vascular serous retinal pigment epithelium detachment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1） 年龄≥50年；
2） 未治疗的单灶浆液性色素上皮脱离；
3） 同意参与研究和后续观察。

Inclusion criteria

1) age ≥50 years; 2) treatment-naive single serous pigment epithelium detachment; 3) consent to both the qualification and follow-up observation of the study.

排除标准：

1）存在黄斑新生血管；
2）任何一只眼睛有软疣；
3）中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变及相关病史；
4）其他伴发疾病，如炎症性脉络膜视网膜病变、脉络膜肿瘤，青光眼和外伤；
5）既往眼科干预，如激光、玻璃体切除、抗VEGF注射或光动力疗法。

Exclusion criteria：

1) evidence of macular neovascularization in the study eye;
2) soft drusen in either eye;
3) central serous choriretinopathy, pachychoroidal features and related history in either eye;
4) other concomitant diseases, such as inflammatory chorioretinal disease, choroidal tumors, glaucoma or trauma;
5) previous laser coagulation, corticosteroid therapy, vitrectomy, anti-VEGF injection, photodynamic therapy, or other ocular surgical procedures.
